Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Ophthalmic Imaging Team as a Band 3 Ophthalmic Technician.The successful candidate will work as part of a team of Imaging Technicians, Associate Practitioners and Ophthalmic Photographers to provide an imaging service for all specialities within the Ophthalmology Directorate.
Working within Ophthalmology Outpatients alongside the Ophthalmology Multidisciplinary Team, the main duties are to undertake a range of routine ophthalmic tests including Optical Coherence Tomography, widefield retinal imaging, visual acuity tests, visual fields and intra ocular pressure measurement.
