Our client is a leading and well-established player in the Digital Asset and Cryptocurrency Quant/Algo Trading industry.

The business is going from strength to strength, they are currently going through a period of exponential growth and are enjoying recordprofits.

As a consequence, the need has arisen to hire an additional C++ Developer with Front Office low latency experience.

**THE ROLE: Senior C++ Developer - Front Office - Low Latency

The focus of the role would be to work on the global trading platform that spans across many continents, with real time data capture, order entry on dozens of exchanges, robust connectivity, and built-in monitoring.

You would be working on expanding andscaling up the trading platform.

You will help to shape and build the cutting-edge tools used for real-time programmatic trading including market making, risk management, and proprietary trading strategies.

Enhance the strategy/execution framework, used by quant researchers and traders.
Improve and support our simulation framework to allow fast back test and strategy prototyping.
Support and enhance the risk/quant library, with an eye on performance improvement.
Design, build, test and enhance our inhouse trading software.
Developing new Greenfield products.
Deliver highquality code and technical documentation.
Support and deliver multiple releases in production each day.

**SKILLS /

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Senior C++ Developer - Front Office - Low Latency

Proficiency in C++ programming (OOP, Templates, Design patterns, Data structures) within a front office trading environment.
Proficiency in multithreaded programming, IPC and linux internals
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive attitude to own issues and solve them
Ability to work independently and a strong desire to automate and optimize
Excellent teamplayer and communication skills Desired:
Good knowledge of exchange connectivity, FIX protocol, market data handlers etc.
Experience with Python and other scripting languages a big plus
Familiarity with financial trading, specifically Crypto is a big plus
