Description
One of the most renowned brands in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. This opportunity could be looking for their final step up into a manager position.
Applicants should have significant experience in book keeping, use of Sage 50 and Sage payroll and have managed accounts of a similar sized company in the past.
Responsibilities:
- Bank account reconciliations and management.
- Processing supplier invoices and settle promptly by BACS.
- Reconcile daily cash and credit card receipts, bank cash, and prepare sales invoices.
- Maintain debtors and creditors control accounts, prepayments, and accruals.
- Credit Control.
- Complete the Payroll and report to HMRC.
- Maintain staff records.
- Pension scheme administration and payment.
- Complete quarterly VAT Returns and annual partial exemption calculation.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and reports.
- Complete monthly cashflow forecast.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation
- Assist with insurances and energy contracts.
