Description
One of the most renowned brands in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. This opportunity could be looking for their final step up into a manager position.


Applicants should have significant experience in book keeping, use of Sage 50 and Sage payroll and have managed accounts of a similar sized company in the past.

An accounting degree is not essential but would be desirable.


Responsibilities:


  • Bank account reconciliations and management.
  • Processing supplier invoices and settle promptly by BACS.
  • Reconcile daily cash and credit card receipts, bank cash, and prepare sales invoices.
  • Maintain debtors and creditors control accounts, prepayments, and accruals.
  • Credit Control.
  • Complete the Payroll and report to HMRC.
  • Maintain staff records.
  • Pension scheme administration and payment.
  • Complete quarterly VAT Returns and annual partial exemption calculation.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and reports.
  • Complete monthly cashflow forecast.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation
  • Assist with insurances and energy contracts.
