Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post engaging listings for rental properties on various social media platforms and property advertising websites, such as Zoopla.
• Monitor and respond to customer queries regarding properties in a timely and professional manner.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential tenants, providing detailed information about the properties and rental terms.
• Work closely with the Director to develop and implement effective advertising strategies to maximise property visibility and attract quality tenants.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of the London rental market, including pricing trends and tenant demands, to advise property owners accordingly.
• Ensure all rental listings accurately reflect the property features, rental terms, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure properties are in excellent condition for viewings and tenancy commencements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both property owners and tenants, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Experience and passion in property management, real estate, or a similar role, with a focus on rental properties.
• Strong understanding of the London property market and rental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, other languages (Cantonese, Chinese, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Japanese, Hindi) are a plus, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
• Strong proficiency in social media and online advertising platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings and viewings efficiently.
• Detailoriented, with strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
• A professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering highquality customer service.
