DC Personnel are recruiting for a Sales and Customer Service Assistant to join our client in Whetstone Magna area of Leicester, LE8

Permanent position


Pay:

£23,000/annum


Hours:


  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am 16:30pm including 30 minute lunch break
(initial training will be between hours of 9am-5pm)


Role:


  • Reporting to the Sales& Customer Service Manager
  • Identify customer needs striving to meet them
  • Resolve customer concerns/complaints promptly
  • Process orders on internal ERP system
  • Produce quotes using internal ERP system
  • Packing and posting small items for customer orders
  • Good Literacy and Numeracy skills
  • GCSE's (or equivalent) in English and Math's preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Positive attitude
  • Great teamworking skills
  • Experience in use of Excel, Word and Outlook would be beneficial
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or similar role ideal, but not essential
  • Full UK driving license preferable due to location restrictions (site not on bus route)
