DC Personnel are recruiting for a Sales and Customer Service Assistant to join our client in Whetstone Magna area of Leicester, LE8Permanent position
Pay:
£23,000/annum
Hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am 16:30pm including 30 minute lunch break
Role:
- Reporting to the Sales& Customer Service Manager
- Identify customer needs striving to meet them
- Resolve customer concerns/complaints promptly
- Process orders on internal ERP system
- Produce quotes using internal ERP system
- Packing and posting small items for customer orders
- Good Literacy and Numeracy skills
- GCSE's (or equivalent) in English and Math's preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Positive attitude
- Great teamworking skills
- Experience in use of Excel, Word and Outlook would be beneficial
- Previous experience in Customer Service or similar role ideal, but not essential
- Full UK driving license preferable due to location restrictions (site not on bus route)
