An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing company who specialise in biometric access control systems and security as Regional Operations Manager for their UK division.

A competitive salary of c£50k is on offer with an annual performance relatedbonus of a further £5k per annum.

You will benefit from an executive level company car as well as excellent benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.

To be successful for this role you will have previous experience managing an external field service team. A background in security and specifically CCTV, Biometrics or intruder alarms is beneficial however not essential. If you have a technical backgroundin engineering or electronics that would be preferable.

To fit in with the team you will be committed to offering clients excellent customer service as well as driven to meet the performance objectives of the company.

You will be dynamic in your approach andbe able to motivate and mentor your team. Excellent communication skills as well as proven experience of managing a team are a must. You will live within a commutable distance of their offices near Stoke on Trent.

The Regional Operations Manager role will include:

  • Manage your team to include 7 external operations field service technicians who service existing equipment as well as install all new business orders.
  • Lead the technical team to introduce new product and strategically planning the installation and service delivery
  • Visit clients in the field with individual field service technicians
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the team either remotely or face to face to ensure all SLA's are being met.
  • Ensuring CRM MS Dynamics is updated and utilised
  • Develop and mentor your team ensuring development plans are in place
  • Liaise with internal security consultants to ensure you have all special requests from the customer recorded
  • Negotiate prices with key suppliers and monitor stock levels to ensure customer expectations, installations are met
  • Report to senior management team and all ensure a positive relationship is maintained with all internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the company keep their positive image and innovative brand placed high within the security industry.
