Have you heard about the chance to become a Career Navigator for Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB)?


BSW ICB is recruiting a team of nurse Mentors to support the development of our nursing workforce in all health and care settings.

You will be part of this newly recruited team.


The role of the Career Navigator is to ensure that qualified nurses, midwives, AHPs and those in other clinical roles in BSW ICB can access quality career conversations to identify their potential at all stages of their career.

This will include providing individual tailored coaching and developing clear, capability-focused career paths for these staff to understand the career pathways available to achieve their route to success.


It is a fantastic opportunity to support our nursing workforce described as above at all stages of their career, in particular mid careers within the Bath healthcare locality.
