We have served the global diagnostics industry for over 50 years and due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our team. This is a fixed-term, full-time position based at our site in Crumlin.

Role Overview:


The Recruitment Administrator will be part of the wider HR Team and will be responsible for sourcing both internal and external talent across BBI Solutions and will assist the Resourcing Business Partner and the Head of Talent & Resourcing with all aspects of resourcing.


Role Requirements

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Work in partnership with hiring managers to establish their recruitment needs.
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking for all roles internal and external.
  • Create engaging job adverts for internal and external vacancies to be used across the company website, job boards and social media channels.
  • Market vacancies through appropriate social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Manage the job offer process from verbal offer through to written offer, including salary and offer negotiation.
  • Effectively track and monitor the use of the Refer A Friend scheme, ensuring offerings are competitive, payments are awarded on time etc.
  • Ensure recruitment related invoices are received and paid.
  • Attend jobs fairs and other local networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Cover all aspects of the HR Administrator role in their absence, i.e., during periods of annual leave.
  • Provide support to Front of House support where required.
