Description

The Logistics Coordinator is accountable and responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support for all stock shipments and goods in, and ensuring that all Truck Stock Inventory is correct and monitored.

You will be working collaboratively within the Service Delivery teams and reporting to Service Delivery regional management.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce documentation/commercial invoices for overseas shipments
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams, recognise any errors in paperwork, including identifying
- potential customer errors (with purchase orders, sales orders, pick lists, shipping details).

  • Liaise with warehouse colleagues to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Comfortable with and keen to learn how to use various software packages required to perform this role.
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Assist/ensure supplies are on time
  • Produce inventory reports for Truck Stock
  • Process RMA's with suppliers
  • Liaise with couriers regarding any delivery issues
  • Flexibility with working hours due to operational requirements
  • Support and assist with other Operational functions when required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • 2+ yrs. Admin experience
  • Familiarity with International Trading would be an advantage
  • Import/Export experience
  • Experience working with ERP systems, especially Oracle based.
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills and customer service skills are imperative
  • Spoken & written English to a high standard.
  • Ability to facilitate scheduled deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Ability to utilise creative skills effectively
  • High level organizational skill
