    Frazer Jones is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Recruiter to establish and lead an in-house talent acquisition and management function.

    This role will support the organisation's continued growth and success by ensuring they attract and retain exceptional talent across all areas of the business.

    Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will take full ownership of sourcing, selecting, and securing top-tier candidates to meet evolving business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates across diverse business functions.
    • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and create strategies for retaining top talent.
    • Draft detailed job descriptions when taking on responsibility for new internal recruitment needs.
    • Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
    • Build a robust talent pipeline through outreach, networking, and innovative sourcing methods.
    • Organise and lead recruitment events to enhance employer branding.
    • Promote the company's values and culture to prospective candidates.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • At least 3+ years experience in direct candidate sourcing, ideally in-house experience.
    • Previous experience recruiting into Financial Services.
    • A proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
    • Strong educational background.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of the Financial Services industry.
