Job Title:
Financial Services Administrator


Duties include:

Provide administration support to financial advisers

Liaising with clients and other third parties - dealing with queries

Updating the database

Preparing meeting packs

Sending review letters

Processing fund switches, rebalances and withdrawals


Requirements:

Previous financial services administration experience

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Good attention to detail

Strong time management and team working skills
