We are delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading National Training Providers with an Ofsted rating *Outstanding- This is a great opportunity to join their team as an Early Years Trainer. This is a remote role with travel around the region to meet learners in the workplace.
Work Pattern:
Monday - Friday. Part time may be considered.
Salary:
£27,500 per year DOE
About the role:
As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or AEB short courses.
As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with us.
Whilst we can't promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:- Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, facetoface and remotely. (Reduced caseload while a trainee)
- Delivering a range of awardwinning qualifications
- Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career
- Utilising our eportfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

About You
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent is essential
- Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must hold a Level 3 Assessors (CAVA) qualification and Teacher/Training (AET) qualification is desirable.
- If you do not hold an assessor qualification then we will be in touch to provide you with some information about becoming an assessor. _
