Full Time hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time team secretary to join the Substance Misuse Service to provide a comprehensive and efficient secretarial administrative support to a team of Social Workers and Occupational Therapists.

This post is based within the Royal Cornhill Hospital site.

Previous secretarial experience with a good typing speed and proficiency in the use of Excel/ databases together with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal is essential.

The post would suit an enthusiastic, motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of a busy department.
