Person Specifications:

We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing administrator to help drive our company sales.

In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing & sales strategies, marching client orders with our agency staff, developing working plans and implementing them, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales target reports.


To ensure success as a sales and marketing administrator, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, attention to details and excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Designing and implementing marketing and sales plans for our services.
  • Opening new markets and pushing sales to achieve targets.
  • Monitoring client orders.
  • Assigning appropriate agency workers to match client requirements.
  • Entering these assignments into our electronic system.
  • Coordinating with other office staff and managing any staff who could be assisting you in any part of your role.
  • Answering client queries and maintaining relations.
  • Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets targets.
  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Requirements:


  • Qualifications in marketing, business, or related field.
  • At least one year of proven work experience in sales/marketing and office administration work.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
  • Highlevel communication and networking skills.
  • Client relationships, organization, planning and people management skills.
  • A passion for sales.
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
  • Good data entry and management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work well without supervision.
