£26,556 - £28,996 _(pro rata per annum)_

We are seeking an Instructor/Demonstrator in Hairdressing to join our team at our Crewe Campus.

This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and inspiring Hairdresser with a proven track record of working to the highest standards in the industry with a keen desire to pass on your knowledge and skills in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop learners' practical skills through demonstrations and instruction in practical workshops and realistic working environments;
Assess learners against identified frameworks;_and_
Keep accurate records for learners' progress in College and the workplace.

Key Person Specification Requirements:

Level 3 Qualification _(or above)_ in Hairdressing;
Assessor Qualification _(TAQA/A1 or equivalent)_;
Proven industry experience in Hairdressing;
Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment;
Uptodate occupational experience; _and_
Enhanced DBS check
