Job brief
My client are looking for a Sales, PA & Digital Marketing Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team.

This is a great role for someone who wants to be a part of a positive and thriving business; You will serve as a point of contact for customerswith queries about products, orders and deliveries, provide support for sales representatives & the sales director, liaising with other departments within the business along with managing their social media marketing.


Specific responsibilities:


  • Involved in various administration tasks within the sales team and other company departments
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Answering calls coming into the company.
  • Contacting customers to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Supporting the Sales Director & Operations manager as and when required
  • Preparing & posting on different Social Media platforms

You'll be shown the ropes with in-house training and support.


The role is working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (but there may be able to be some flexibility on these hours).
