Admin Assistant - Glasgow
Welding Engineers has been in business since 1966 and is a major independent company specialising in the manufacture, installation, repair and maintenance of all types of Industrial Doors and Shutters, Lift Gates and Shutters, Steel Fabrication and Industrial Roofing.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- General office duties
- Answering the telephone
- Raising purchase orders on Sage 50 accounts
- Processing purchase invoices on Sage 50 accounts
- Raising sales invoices on Sage 50 accounts
- Inputting data on Sage Projects
- Updating customers on current status of jobs
- Liaising with customers from point of orders being raised to completion
- Working on customer portals
- Admin support for our service department
- Ad Hoc admin duties
Salary:
Dependant on experience.
Hours of work: 37 hours per week;Monday - Thursday , Friday 09:00 - 16:30
Holiday entitlement: 28 days per annum, with the Company's holiday year running between 1 April and 31 March inclusive.
