Caretaker position at Rendall & Rittner (Mandeville Courtyard, Battersea, SW11 4NB)

Working Hours - Monday to Friday

Salary - £23,000 - £24,000 per annum

Contract - Permanent

Your working environment?
This role will be located in the beautiful Mandeville Courtyard, a gated development made up of 28 residential apartments andlocated on Battersea Park Road

you have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections, cleaning and maintenance (externally and internally).

you build strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors.

you'll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and working in a team environment.
