Interim SSC Finance Project Specialist
Start ASAP
Initial 6 month
Some travel to Midlands & London

Day rate:
£ per day (outside IR35)
This is a key role in the ongoing transformation programme within a global services business.

The company has seen continued growth and is looking for a specialist to ensure its finance and outsourced shared service centre processes are running as smoothlyand efficiently as possible.

This role will be focusing on all functional processes with a bit more of a focus on O2C and improvements on credit control and working capital.


The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Work with the CFO and Transformation Programme director to project manage key changes in line with business strategy
  • Review the process workflow with outsourced partners to highlight any areas of inefficiency
  • Develop a project plan to process map the operational finance process globally
  • Develop partnerships with outsourced suppliers and negotiate improved SLAs
  • Utilise data and insight to map out future SSC transformation projects

The experience the business is looking for includes:

  • Experience working as a lead on transformations in high-volume global shared service centres
  • Proven experience in managing and improving O2C processes
  • Experience in a professional services business is beneficial
  • Experience working with 3rd party outsourced or offshore providers
