We are looking for a committed and professional who has the flexibility and willingness to work across the breadth of activity involved in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).

You will be gaining experience and helping to deliver our Training, progressive EDI activities.

Mission Diverse are looking for someone to work across the service to support they delivery of our training related to EDI, engaging staff, young people, and volunteers, and working to grow the profile of our organisation.

Your training support will aim to increase understanding of EDI. As a trainer, you will play a crucial role to administer and coordinate and assist the EDI Manager.

Core Role

  • A fast learner who is able to support our lead trainers to deliver interactive EDI related training programmes which includes (but not limited to), EDI, Race in the Workplace, Unconscious Bias, LGBTQ Inclusion and Microaggressions Training.
  • Deliver training both virtually and facetoface: via Microsoft Teams or Zoom (techcompetence is an important requirement).
  • Create digital content in the form of blogs.
  • Adapt programme design to maintain a memorable online delegate experience.
  • Deliver facetoface at client premises UKwide (overnight stays may be required).
  • Work closely to develop sales and consult with clients regarding their EDI training, strategy in order to scope tailormade solutions.
  • To contact and follow up with new, prospective, and existing clients using online client relationship management systems.
  • Creating creative and engaging learning solutions.
  • Business development, client account management and networking.
  • Create and deliver interactive training materials (from a blank sheet of paper) that smash the 'diversity & inclusion training is boring' myth out of the park
  • Writing proposals that outline client solutions.
  • Data collation and analysis

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
