Key Responsibilities
Maintain/update/expand information on our CRM system
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to enquiries
Service/remedial control (booking, monitoring, ordering parts, following to end)
Order office supplies and researching competitive prices
Confirming bookings on schedule (liaising with Operations Manager)
Good knowledge Microsoft Office and capable of learning systems
Any other administration duties as required
Support to Administration Manager
Meet and Greet in Showroom
Requirements and Skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills
Good time management and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Computer literacy is essential
A positive and hard working attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
£19,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
