£23,000 p/a

Hybrid working available once training is complete

Permanent and full time


Our client is a market leader in their field, and we are excited to be partnering with them to develop their existing team You will play a vital role in providing high-quality service and support to clients and maintaining the high standards that our client prides themselves on.


You will be ensuring compliance with all internal policies and regulations; therefore, previous administration experience is required, ideally within financial services or a similar regulated environment.


Daily duties include:

  • Aiming to resolve all queries at first point of contact
  • Adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Identifying vulnerable clients and providing appropriate support
  • Working with internal teams and external companies as needed
  • Supporting the team's risk and control activities

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Administration experience gained within financial services or another regulated environment
  • Experience dealing with internal or external clients
  • Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Strong organisation and communication skills

Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
