Specific Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Raising all new requests that come via all channel of communications
- following the processes manual

  • Raise new sales enquiries
- utilizing the company's integrated control system Clik

  • Raising status 1 following precisely processes manual given
  • Setting callbacks and advising team where needed in order to register and monitor progress of sales.
  • Supporting quote conversion by chasing for acceptance and closing lost deals on designated pipelines (Reactive/Remedial/New works) following precisely process manual given
  • Database management (Clik contact cleansing) (exception CBRE)
  • Assisting with planning for events and Exhibitions and Corporate Hospitality
  • Working with the Client Liaison Manager providing operational support
  • Forwarding mails and highlighting any issue that clients may to Escalate issues to Client Liaison Manager as required
  • Supporting the estimating team where necessary on ad Hoc basis
  • Arrange site surveys for new clients

General Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with the responsibilities of the role
  • Act always as a representative of the Company and ensure that the customer is completely satisfied
  • Adhere to all Company policies and practices, legal regulations and to undertake relevant training and development, responding positively to new and alternate systems

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

  • Administrative: 3 years (required)
  • Client service: 3 years (required)

  • UK Driving Licence (required)
