Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and employment law
  • Lead on key HR projects, such as talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and legal requirements
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of HR strategies that support the business objectives
  • Coach and mentor HR team members, sharing best practice and providing guidance where necessary
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to senior leaders to inform decision making
  • Participate in adhoc HR projects and initiatives as required

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR Advisor role
  • Thorough understanding of employment law and best practice HR policies and procedures
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

Salary:
£38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
