Full-time "Accounts Assistant" required to carry out general day-to-day office duties at our Blantyre Depot (including but not limited to):- Processing sales invoices daily
- Management of Accounts Receivable including receipt, credit control and invoice processing.
- Prepare monthly payment run
- Assist with bank reconciliation
- Credit control
- Ability to process payroll.
- Reconcile company credit card statement
- Process Purchase orders.
- Provide general administration support to Office Manager & Plant Manager
- Previous experience in an administration role/office environment is necessary
- Previous knowledge of Quick Books/Sage 50 Accounts or similar
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to prioritise workload and work to agreed deadlines
- Must have a polite, professional manner with exceptional communication skills
- Must be reliable, trust worthy & possess good time keeping skills
- Must have own transport due to location
- Role will be wide ranging & varied as per the needs of the business.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
