Description
Full-time "Accounts Assistant" required to carry out general day-to-day office duties at our Blantyre Depot (including but not limited to):

  • Processing sales invoices daily
  • Management of Accounts Receivable including receipt, credit control and invoice processing.
  • Prepare monthly payment run
  • Assist with bank reconciliation
  • Credit control
  • Ability to process payroll.
  • Reconcile company credit card statement
  • Process Purchase orders.
  • Provide general administration support to Office Manager & Plant Manager
  • Previous experience in an administration role/office environment is necessary
  • Previous knowledge of Quick Books/Sage 50 Accounts or similar
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to prioritise workload and work to agreed deadlines
  • Must have a polite, professional manner with exceptional communication skills
  • Must be reliable, trust worthy & possess good time keeping skills
  • Must have own transport due to location
  • Role will be wide ranging & varied as per the needs of the business.

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm


Job Types:

Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year
