Our successful Property and Housing Client who are market leading in their sector are excited to be recruiting a Senior Credit Controller (Hybrid) to their Cambridge office.

The role will report directly into an experienced Credit Manager and will responsiblefor targeting debt that has exceeded 60 days.

Description
The Senior Credit Controller (Hybrid) will be responsible for:

  • Resolving client disputes
  • Posting and production of weekly debtor letters
  • Building positive relationship with fee earners and clients
  • Working proactively aside the Accounts Payable team
  • Daily reconciling of your sales ledger
  • Daily maintenance of the database

Profile

The Senior Credit Controller (Hybrid) will have:

  • Previous experience chasing debts
  • Comprehensive understanding of process for debt collecting
  • A confident phone manner which can be tailored to the client
  • Strong it skills across Microsoft products
  • High attention to detail
  • A basic understanding of VAT
  • Great organisational skills
