Are you passionate about systems and looking for a new challenge? The eRostering service is expanding and we are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join the eRostering Team on a fixed term and full-time basis.


The role of eRostering Support Officer is a varied and busy role in which the post holder will provide in-depth systems support and guidance to our end-users across the wider organisation, as well as assisting with implementation of new unit onto the Health Roster system.

You will have good communication and organisational skills and also be able to work using initiative.

You will pay close attention to detail and have the enthusiasm and drive to gain a thorough understanding of our software.

You will strive to become one the Trust's super-users in all aspects of the system in terms of its functionality and scope.

To assist the eRostering Manager and eRostering Facilitator to ensure the delivery of a high quality service and to provide support to the overall administration, configuration and maintenance of the HealthRoster software including support to any future implementation to new areas.


The post holder will provide a thorough understanding of the HealthRoster software and to be able to communicate systems information to all staff at all levels.

Providing efficient and customer-focused support to systems users the post holder will respond to requests for assistance, as well as maintaining the system on a day to day basis.


To support and promote the on-going use of eRostering in the Trust through direct training delivery to new and existing product users, software configuration and maintenance, and advising on effective eRostering practice.
