Package:
£23K-26K Basic Salary - £45K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2 and £60K Year 3

The Role:

Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs
Research into competitors and marketplace
Define job description and document specifications
Booking interviews.
Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants.

The Requirements:

Recent Degree or Sales Experience
