We need a communications officer with excellent written English to help us keep our media profile high, promote our campaigns and projects, and manage our website.

Our current priorities include campaigns on climate change; improving the quality of new homes; creating healthier places; and giving people a stronger voice in planning.

The TCPA is a small, friendly charity, based in central London but working all over the UK and sometimes beyond.

We support and influence people ranging from MPs and peers, to local councils, and community groups.

This is a great role for someone happy to do a bit of everything: managing our website; contacting journalists; writing press releases; helping colleagues communicate what they learn through their projects and research.

It's a great opportunity to gain wide-ranging experience in a influential organisation with a supportive culture.
