Careers Advisor / Coach


Location:
Bournemouth - Must be flexible with travel


Salary:
Depending on qualifications / experience


Type:
Full Time, Permanent

Please note:

Work with your caseload to develop a career skills action plan and support them with their learning and development.
Provide suitable IAG relating to local job sectors and opportunities.
Gain an understanding of specialist signposting services within the local area/region, to include: specific disabilities, housing etc.

Work towards and achieve targets and KPI's for customers seen and supported in to employment / learning or career progression.

Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.
Must possess a good understanding of the local labour market.
Must have experience of working within a target driven environment.
Hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
IT literate.
Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.


Job Types:

Salary:
£26,500.00 per year
