Our Relief Team enjoy working in high quality, well-resourced settings and are able to choose the hours which suit them and work around their other commitments.

Many of our Relief Team members have the opportunity to experience working in multiple locations and are passionate and enthusiastic about giving each child opportunities to learn and develop every day, encouraging them to reach their full potential.

This highly rewarding role provides the ideal opportunity for our Relief Team members to make a real difference to the children in our care and their families.


We ensure all new joiners have the support and training they need by providing a dedicated mentor who helps and guides them through their first few months with us.

Seymour House are committed to safeguarding children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS is required for this post.


This post is classed as having a high degree of contact with children and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

An enhanced check is completed and regularly updated through the Disclosure and Barring Service.

We are looking for full-day Relief Team Members, able to work either 8am - 5pm, or 9am - 6pm at our Springfield Road Nursery.
