The role


The Sales Director is responsible for the achievement of sales and revenue targets from a defined set of customers and new business accounts across the financial services markets.


As a Sales leader you will help establish the regional strategy, identify key growth areas with existing and new logo customers and provide leadership on priorities that maximise profitability and growth.


What will you be doing?

  • Define and execute the go to market sales proposition for euNetworks, and ensure its integration within the wider euNetworks corporate strategy
  • Build a sales plan, set objectives, motivate and manage the performance of a team of Account Directors
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to hit in year sales target and support the company's growth ambition
  • Ensuring the euNetworks values are understood, shared, respected and promoted within your team and across teams
  • Develop team spirit, encourage collaboration, share best practices and support people development, together with other Sales Directors, as well as with other euNetworks managers and team leaders, from various functions.
  • Manage the day to day people management of your direct reports
  • Coach and mentor your team to understand key skills and development areas, creating a consultative selling approach
  • Be a respected leader and advocate for Sales across the business
  • In conjunction with others in the Sales organisation, engage with customers to define customer's requirements
  • Develop integrated solutions to meet customer requirements, and wherever possible promote the euNetworks brand proposition, network capabilities and current target products.
  • Where appropriate, work with partners to develop innovative solutions that extend the sale and are suitable for development of new product lines
  • Manage the interface between your team and other parts of the Sales, Sales Engineering and overall organisation
  • Achieve and maintain satisfaction for all customers.
  • Accountable for the integrity of all billing and collections

  • Outstanding planning and organisational ability, making the complex simple and finding solutions

  • Takes a customer centric approach
  • Able to build compelling value (ROI) based proposals with prospects and existing customers
  • To lead with integrity and honesty
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and drive collaboration
  • Significant, relevant sales experience and achievement in the telecommunications sector with a strong ability to seek, build and maintain a network at key and senior stakeholder level across the target markets
  • Proven success in selling large, complex solutions to various industries
  • Lead cross functional teams on large deal pursuits
  • Able to seek out new connections and business leads using innovative methods
- "Best in Class" knowledge of European infrastructure networks-based services market

  • Good business and commercial acumen. You understand P&L, B/S, Cash Flow and can build ROI / Investment Cases
  • Experience selling technology to the Financial Services Sector would be beneficial but not essential
