Integrated Urgent Care that reduces pressures on services and staff. By bringing together NHS 111 call centres, clinical assessment and other urgent care services, we enable patients to access the right care, when they need it. It's better for everyone.

As a

Coordinator at our Clinical Assessment Service, you'll be a single point of contact and liaison for all members of this

multidisciplinary team, as well as other internal and external services. You'll provide coordination and support to

ensure the smooth running of shifts - and respond swiftly and efficiently if there's any breakdown in the service. This could include making comfort/safety calls to patients when required.

This is a full time permanent role, working

Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.

About You:


What you will need:


  • Excellent
    telephone manner and communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to
    listen, adapt, negotiate and persuade.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills, with previous
    admin experience and a strong
    customer service focus.
  • Computer skills particularly
    Excel and Word with an understanding of
    confidentiality/data protection.
