Description

Flagship Media Group require a professional, highly organised Credit Controller to help a busy department run smoothly.

Full Training will be provided.

The role

Maintaining outstanding credit from customers at agreed acceptable levels
Hastening overdue debtor accounts using in house credit control software package.
Monitoring customer accounts using internal software and Sage software package
Resolving customer queries and disputes as and when they arise.
Achieving monthly targets.
Working with customer to ensure that debt queries are resolved in a timely manner.
Communicating with customers via inbound and outbound calls.

Essential

Experience of having difficult conversations in a fast paced, target driven, telephonebased environment
Strong resilience and adaptability
Strong communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Good communication skills
Accuracy and good attention to detail

Desirable

Previous experience within a credit control or accounts/finance administration role.
An understanding of credit control procedures and processes

Benefits

Basic salary of £24,000 with on target earnings of £27,500
