Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Registration of contractor personnel ensuring all appropriate documentation and references are compliant
  • Administration of personnel onhire including collation of timesheets, expense claims, invoices and associated documents
  • Maintenance of certification of personnel
  • Processing sales leads from customer, contractor selection and rate negotiation
  • Organisation and coordination of travel, logistics, visas and any other such requirement pertaining to the placement of personnel to the client worksite
  • Proactive customer account management including generation of sales opportunities through daytoday communication, client visits (UK and overseas) and attending events of behalf of the company to secure profitable relationships
  • Proactive recruitment of new contractor personnel through marketing, referral etc.
  • Assist with CV input for contractor personnel
  • Assist in the processing of Seamans book and passport letters
  • Compile contractual documents and issue to contractor personnel
  • Participation in out of hours support on rotation
  • Comply at all times with the Company's Quality and Health & Safety at Work policies and Procedures

Requirements:


  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Personnel logistics experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
