Our client, a wonderful charity based in Stanmore is seeking a dynamic and passionate Head of People Transformation to lead the charge in reforming our work culture.

Working along a dedicated team, you will implement our strategic people plan and make our charity client a more inclusive workplace.


As our Head of Human Resources, you will:

  • Champion Change: Lead and implement transformative projects that enhance employee attraction, retention and engagement.
  • Shape Rewards: Craft an innovative reward framework, reflecting our values, promoting equity, and attracting top talent.
  • Innovate policies and procedures for a forwardthinking work environment: You will develop and embed our new employment policies and procedures while ensuring compliance.
  • Drive Management development initiatives: Fuel managerial confidence and capability with development initiatives.
  • Nurture Wellbeing: Drive our employee wellbeing plan, fostering resilience, mental health support and financial wellness.
  • Elevate Inclusion: Embed our values and spotlight Norwood as an inclusive employer both within and beyond our walls.
  • Collaborate & Lead: Guide business change employee relations contributing to new ways of working.


You will be a practical Human Resources professional with experience of change management and a track record in employee engagement.

You will possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to engage and build relationships as well as strong communication and leadership skills.
