Sacco Mann are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a successful law firm at their Bingley offices.

This opportunity would suit someone with upwards of 6 months' experience from a Conveyancing background who provides support to fee earners.

Our client is a reputable law firm throughout the West Yorkshire area, who have continued to go from strength to strength over their many years of establishment.

As the Conveyancing Assistant you will support fee earners, update clients on progress of their files, prepare client monthly bills, conduct searches on purchase files, assist on building relationships with clients, and any other admin tasks that support the department.

Ideally, you will have a solid understanding of sales, purchases, and re-mortgage, along with confident in your communication and ability to build and maintain strong client and third-party relationships.
