We are currently looking to recruit an
Internal Sales Executive to act as first point of contact for our customers and support our regional sales management team with sales administration as the first point of contact for our customer base.


What does the role involve?

As an Internal Sales Executive at our Aston branch, you will be the face of SIG to our customers, helping the branch to develop and maintain existing accounts and create new sales opportunities, helping customers with sales enquiries and pro-actively targetingboth new and existing customers.

It is a role that will see you collaborating closely with the warehouse team to ensure the right products are delivered at the right time.

Regularly engaging with our external sales force, following up on all sales quotes andleads in a timely manner, record activity and utilise internal systems accurately.

You'll also input orders onto our system and maintain our sales records.

  • Previous internal sales support experience and sales order processing experience would be desirable
  • Experience relating to Construction Accessories type products waterproofing, concrete repair, masonry, reinforcements, groundworks and geotêxtiles would be
- advantageous, but all training will be provided

  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships and deliver good quality customer service to internal and external customers and stakeholder
  • To have good data accuracy and attention to detail with good level of numeracy and IT skills.
