Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales documents
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and analysis
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Technical sales knowledge or background is a plus
