Head of Data

£700 a day

Outside IR35

Hybrid role, 2 days in London office a week.

6-month contract, potential to roll.

Python, SQL, AWS and Snowflake.

The Company

A great opportunity to join a growing tech company in a recently set-up and expanding team. You will join the business as a Head of Data fulfilling both hands-off and hands-on duties. This is a business for good and operate with very good values.

The Role and Responsibilities

The ideal Head of Data will be:

Integral to the movement of data.
Handson with the build of a new data platform from scratch.
Have critical input into how we manage our data and plan how best we can scale.
Assist in the development of our cloud storage/usage
AWS.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal Head of Data will have a background in the following:

Strong programming experience, ideally in Python.
Experience with AWS concepts and related services.
Expertise with Snowflake as a data warehouse.
Experienced with building out a platform from scratch, adept at creating solutions.
Strong communication skills are a must to effectively present to senior stakeholders.
