Description
Receptionist's duties include offering administrative support to the building manager, welcoming guests and greet people
who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting
phone calls. You will be highly approachable, maintain a pleasant personality and deliver high levels of customer service to
tenants and visitors. You will be support to the building manager in dealing with emergencies and maintaining a great front
of house cleanliness and standards.

Receptionist responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting employees when entering the building, helping with any queries, and always maintaining a professional
manner.

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness of the reception and front of building.
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Any couriers, post deliveries to be redirected appropriately.
  • Taking lunch at a time that suits the daily running of the building to be decided and agreed by building management each day.
  • Ensuring correct signage is displayed in the reception area on fire alarm test day.
  • Keeping an eye on the weather to place weather related safety equipment out or store away.
  • Have a good understanding of the local area to help employees and visitors with any queries.
  • Keep building management team up to date with any feedback.
  • Keep visitor log up to date, ensuring all visitors are checked in and out. Any unannounced visitors are recorded.
  • On the building managers request create PO's and send to contactor. Also add invoices confirmed by building manager to portal.
  • Support the building management team on managing the logging in of parcels and post and refuse waste collections. Ensuring it is being recorded correctly.
  • Update the news section of the portal regularly ensuring all news stays relevant and up to date.
  • Passes and key log to be kept up to date.
  • Notify building management of any delivery requests.
When finishing for the day ensure no personal belongings are left on the desk and that a hand over is left to
building management/security.


Rate:
£ £13.00ph

Weekly Pay.

Based in Central London


Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 2 months


Salary:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour
