Our Workforce Development Leads are responsible for leading, designing and delivering a range of workforce development, OD and learning and development programmes

This includes:
Leading the delivery of a portfolio of projects simultaneously.

Leading the research, scoping and development of new projects and programmes.

Designing and delivering projects and programmes of work.

Developing reports, presentations and briefings for a broad range of audiences and stakeholders.

Matrix and line management of colleagues in the team.

Working with expert stakeholder groups to design, deliver and evaluate projects.
