Accounts Payable Clerk - Oxford - Hybrid Working


Reporting into the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Clerk will ensure all the credit ledger is operated accurately, efficiently and inline payment terms.

You will be required to operate as part of a team dealing with;

  • Purchase ledger, matching, batching and coding
  • Clarifying Invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
  • Processing payment runs (Bacs, Chaps, Cheques and Foreign payments)
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Filing, dealing and resolving queries
