    Description

    We are partnering with a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a Later Living Officer, on a 3-month contract that may be extended at the client's discretion.

    Salary: £19.00 - £23.75 per hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To work efficiently and effectively within tight deadlines and budgetary constraints, even when resources and workload vary frequently.
    • To research and provide technical/legislative advice to the public, meeting their requirements.
    • To advise and implement periodic customer consultation and satisfaction surveys to analyze and present results, ensuring services respond accordingly.
    • To utilize relevant databases for data input, interrogation, and analysis as directed.
    • To maintain data and records in accordance with agreed standards and Data Protection/Freedom of Information regulations, including regular housekeeping of computerized and paper information.
    • To attend regular service meetings and contribute ideas for improvements/changes in procedures, policies, and processes.

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of housing law and understanding of issues involved in managing supported housing or housing for the elderly.
    • Experience in delivering customer-facing multi-landlord tenure-blind tenancy management and complex casework management.
    • Experience in property management functions and knowledge of underlying health and safety regulations and other regulatory principles.

    Note:

    • Availability to start immediately or at short notice is required.
    • The right to work in the U.K. is essential.
    • An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
