Experienced Face to Face Fundraising Manager? Want a role where you'll take responsibility for setting up and developing Door to Door Fundraising teams across the whole of England?

Wesser are looking for a Campaign Manager to spearhead our new and existing fundraising operations across multiple regions.

This isn't a desk job, and you'll be travelling the country motivating and managing existing fundraising operations and getting new regions off the ground.

*You'll have: - At least 1 years experience in a F2F Fundraising Managerial role

• A full driving license
• A target driven, selfmotivated work ethic
• Experience managing multiple facetoface fundraising teams
• Track record of motivating teams of fundraisers for high performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Motivational personality and ability to turn staff into high performers
• Excellent training skills
• Passion for our charity partners
• Empathy and active listening skills

*Your responsibilities: - Managing, building and growing new door to door fundraising operations across England

• Managing the training and ongoing performance of your staff
• Recruiting and onboarding new fundraising managers and team leaders
• Ensuring fundraising meets internal and industry compliance standards and monitoring the quality of donors recruited
• Developing new fundraising talent into leadership
• Creating a positive culture in your teams

You'll be travelling between your teams: training, managing and fundraising alongside them, so a full, clean driving license is essential.
