Role Overview:

Are you a proactive and organized individual with a passion for supporting operational success? We're seeking an Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and excellence.

Collaborate closely with our Operations Director and contribute to the success of our growing company.


What You'll Do:


  • Support our Operations Director with diary management and event coordination, ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
  • Be the goto person for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in project planning and tracking, providing valuable insights to inform decisionmaking.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients and partners, representing the professionalism of Meel Group.
  • Provide essential administrative support, from document editing to office organization, keeping things running seamlessly.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the Mechanical and Electrical or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software, SimPro is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices is an advantage.

Pay:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
