Providing top-notch customer service that exceeds expectations.
Proactively managing your own case load
Determining indemnity, liability, and on travel claims
Uncovering and reporting fraud indicators to keep the business secure.
Negotiating settlements with confidence
Staying on top of compliance with regulations and legislation
Improving processes and making a real impact within the claims area
Supporting the Claims Team Leader and contributing to success as a team player
Maintaining high quality, service standards, and productivity levels that sets the bar for the industry.

Skills and experience you'll bring to the team:

Experience in a fast-paced travel insurance claims environment (preferred but not required)
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with ease.
Data interpretation skills that inform smart and effective action
A selfmotivated, cando attitude with a passion for teamwork

What you'll get:
A competitive salary range of £20,000 to £26,000 (depending on experience)

Monday-Friday hours 95.30pm
