£12ph - £14ph
Shifts:
Monday to Friday 40hrs per week (Maternity cover till August 2023)

About the Role:
The role of a Senior Coordinator is to create meaningful experiences which enhance and accelerate the customers' business goals and objectives as part of an SIC Engagement.
The Senior Coordinator works closely with Strategists and Account Executives (AE) to organize the content and experience of SIC Engagements.
This dynamic role is for someone interested and experienced in a careerin marketing, program, sales events and productivity.Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with Strategists on your team to ensure the success of every customer engagement at our London SIC
- Create and shape the customer experience by gaining an understanding of the customers' business objectives and AE goals for the SIC Engagement to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Clearly articulate the above objectives in meeting invites and inquiries
- Manage all meeting logistics including SIC experiences, room and speaker calendar
- Manage an ecosystem of onsite logistics (such as office management, IT, porters, workplace services/real estate team, etc.) Assist in the creation and maintenance of a speaker bureau
- Prepare, collect, and understand SIC Engagement surveys to gauge realtime feedback and improve the program
- Assist with programs and projects across the EMEA SIC teams driving continual growth of the SIC program
- Create, maintain, and update software tools and dashboards to capture, measure and share our key metrics and KPIs
Required Skills/Experience:
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and creation of seamless customer experiences
- 3+ years of functional experience in sales meetings or executive briefings
- Flexibility and curiosity to adapt to changes driven by our customers' expectations
- Diplomacy
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to assess when escalation is needed
- Lateral thinker who is teamwork oriented and enjoys working with a high level of collaboration
- Collaboration across a variety of vendors and support models
- Ability to deliver on expectations with a high degree of autonomy and creativity
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
- English fluent
- Strong logístical skills and the ability to work with executive and sales management, and other organizations and stakeholders to ensure the success of the SIC Engagement
