Sales Support Co-ordinator

Based at our Omagh Mill the Sales Support Co-ordinator will be an integral part of the Sales Team being responsible for the management, analysis and reporting of information in support of new and existing sales opportunities.
The Role:
- To assist the Sales Director in managing product pricing, price list distribution and tender preparations;
- To analyse sales and market share information;
- To manage all incoming sales enquiries and assign them to the appropriate member of the Sales Team;
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly physical and financial performance reports.
The Person:
- Have previous general administration experience in a busy office environment;
- Have strong IT skills with experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a busy team;
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Will preferably have a HND or Degree qualification in a related discipline;
- An understanding of the Northern Ireland Agricultural Industry would be an advantage.
