What you'll be doing:


Situated in Pinner, Westminster Youth Ministry's Retreat Centre, through the retreat experience, aims to create opportunities for young people to have a _Spiritual and Personal Encounter with Christ _(SPEC)_.

_The Retreat Leader is responsible for the delivery of day and residential retreat programmes for young people and contributing to the ongoing process of retreat development.


As Retreat Leader you will support the Programmes Senior Retreat Leader in the development, and competent delivery of, an effective programme of Catholic retreats for school years 4 to 13.

Through your work, you will be supporting the formation of our young people, and encouraging their active participation in their faith through parish involvement and other practical opportunities.


You will be a part of a vibrant Retreat team, responsible for leading the retreats, but also to promote, encourage and actively participate in the Catholic ethos of SPEC.

You will assist the team by contributing to the marketing and promotion of retreats and the wider Westminster Youth Ministry through posting on SPEC social media, visiting schools within the diocese to raise awareness of SPEC, and working collaboratively with your youth ministry colleagues, clergy, and other diocesan departments.
